The Broadway in Bixby Bootcamp is a children's theatre company based out of Bixby, Oklahoma and funded through Bixby Public School's that provides a variety of camps, masterclasses, seminars, and more to aspiring young performers all over Oklahoma in a safe and inspiring creative environment.
Since it's launch in 2019, The Broadway in Bixby Bootcamp has been committed to one mission; providing affordable and accessible art's education opportunities for ALL. TBBBC has been held true to this mission by providing accessible transportation, tuition funding, and more to ensure anyone has the opportunity to experience the life-changing thing that is theatre.
TBBBC is proud to employ Tulsa's best directors, designers, & educators who are able to effectively provide top tier educational opportunities for students across the state, in addition to providing Tulsa's best volunteer program for High-School aged students to be involved in the collaborative process of creation, design, and production of any of our Broadway-style productions.
At the end of every experience with The Broadway in Bixby Bootcamp, we wish for our students to leave inspired to pursue a career in the art's in addition to a better understanding and appreciation for a fully-produced Broadway quality production.
The Broadway in Bixby Bootcamp recognizes its main campus, office spaces, and performance venue's are located on Native Land within the boundaries of the Muskogee (Creek) Nation. We also acknowledge the Indigenous tribes who were forcibly removed, including (but not limited to) the Ni-u-kon-ska (Osage), Kitikiti'sh (Wichita), Kadohadacho (Caddo), Mvskoke (Muscogee [Creek]), and Tsálăgĭ (Cherokee) Tribal Nations as the original inhabitants and keepers of the land and water we call "Home."
